CELIOUS ALIGNMENT STENOSIS

A 58-year-old female patient with celiac axis stenosis, chronic abdominal ischemia, and chronic gastroduodenitis. Chronic pancreatitis. Urethral polyp. Cysts in the right kidney. Chronic cystitis. Chronic vertebrogenic bilateral lumboschialgia. Severe static-dynamic spinal dysfunction, moderate tetraparesis. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) revealed a large, irregularly shaped arachnoid cyst in the lateral fossa and anterior-superior temporal lobe on the left. She presented with complaints of severe weakness and frequent loss of consciousness while eating. She was unable to eat due to severe pain. Exhaustion. During her illness, she lost weight to 41 kg (her height is 164 cm). She suffers from excruciating pain in her lumbar spine. Lethargy and speech impairment.
